What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Tree Climber/Tree Foreman position at Kingdom Tree and Land Clearing llc?
We’re looking to hire an experienced tree climber/foreman — someone who knows the work, leads by example, and takes pride in doing things the right way.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Tree pruning and removals Climbing and with Bucket truck
- Run job sites safely and efficiently
- Operate skid steers, chippers, and stump grinders
- Lead and communicate with ground crew
- Make smart decisions on rigging, cuts, and job flow
- Maintain a clean, professional work environment
- Interact respectfully with customers when needed
What We’re Looking For
- 4 years professional tree climbing experience (more is better)
- Strong knowledge of rigging, removals, and pruning standards
- Ability to lead a crew and keep jobs moving
- Safety-focused mindset (PPE, procedures, communication)
- Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus)

Pay: $28.00 - $36.00 per hour
