Tree Service Ground Crew – Full Time
Pay: $18.00–$24.00 per hour
We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team as full-time Tree Service Ground Crew Members. No previous tree service experience is necessary—we are willing to train the right candidates.
This is a physically demanding, outdoor position for individuals who enjoy working as part of a team, learning new skills, and want the opportunity to grow and advance within the company.

Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting crews with tree removal and trimming operations
- Handling and moving brush, logs, and debris
- Dragging brush and feeding material into wood chippers
- Assisting with job site setup and cleanup
- Loading and unloading tools and equipment
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Following instructions from crew leaders and experienced team members
- Learning proper tree care, equipment operation, and job site safety procedures
- Performing other duties as needed to help the crew complete jobs safely and efficiently
Experience
No previous tree service experience is required. We provide on-the-job training and are looking for candidates with a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and an interest in advancing within the company.
