We are hiring Restaurant Crew Members to join our Little Caesars team. Crew Members play a critical role in delivering a fast, friendly, and consistent customer experience. This position requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Requirements
Customer Service
- Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient service to all customers
- Follow Little Caesars customer service standards, including front counter and phone procedures
- Resolve basic customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when needed
Food Preparation & Quality
- Prepare food products according to Little Caesars recipes, specifications, and training materials
- Maintain consistent product quality, portioning, and presentation
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
Teamwork & Professionalism
- Work productively as part of a team to meet daily business demands
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a respectful work environment
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and teammates
Cleanliness & Safety
- Clean and organize workstations, equipment, and assigned areas throughout each shift
- Follow company safety, security, and health department guidelines
- Practice proper food handling, personal hygiene, and workplace safety
