- Build rapport, identify needs, and present custom roofing and remodeling solutions
- Generate at least $1M in revenue within your first 12 months
- Achieve required sales metrics: demo rate, close rate, average job size, and net sales
- Generate at least one self-sourced lead per week
- Accurately scope projects and maintain required profit margins
- Maintain detailed and accurate records in our CRM system
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in the community
- Full-time role with a flexible work schedule
- Appointments scheduled a month in advance
- Reps submit availability monthly
- Minimum of 2 Saturday appointment slots per month required
- 2 years of professional sales experience required
- Roofing, home improvement, or construction experience is a plus
- Comfortable on ladders and rooftops
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and self-disciplined
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use sales software
- High energy, drive, and commitment to excellence
- Must pass background check and have a valid driver's license
