Commercial Sales Representative - Roofing / Construction

Compensation: $50,000-$60,000 Base (BOE) Up to 5% Commission Bonuses

Kingdom Roofing Systems is one of Indiana's most trusted names in commercial, industrial, and multifamily roofing. We're expanding our team and looking for a driven, career-minded Commercial Sales Representative to lead growth across our commercial markets.

• Manage the full commercial sales cycle - inspections, estimates, proposals, and closing.

• Respond to inbound leads and actively generate new business through networking and outreach.

• Partner with property managers, general contractors, and building owners to develop long-term accounts.

• Conduct on-site evaluations (core cuts, roof inspections, pull tests) with attention to detail and professionalism.

• Collaborate with production and project management teams to ensure accurate scopes and excellent customer experience.

• Maintain accurate CRM records, follow up consistently, and manage your pipeline with accountability.

• 1 year of commercial roofing sales or relevant construction/B2B sales experience.

• Working knowledge of low-slope systems: TPO, EPDM, PVC, coatings, etc.

• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.

• Self-motivated, coachable, and results-oriented attitude.

• Valid driver's license and ability to perform roof inspections.

• Base Salary: $50K-$60K (based on experience)

• Commission: Up to 5% - realistic earnings of $100K in year one
