Position Overview
The Production Supervisor oversees exterior remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring jobs are completed safely, on time, and to Kingdom quality standards. This role also includes reviewing warranty work, assessing job photos, and troubleshooting issues-often resolving problems without sending crews onsite
Key Responsibilities
Lead crews and oversee projects from start to finish
Coordinate schedules, materials, and subcontractors
Review warranty requests and diagnose issues from photos
Communicate with customers and manage expectations
Monitor progress, resolve issues, and keep jobs on track
Ensure safety standards and proper job documentation
Work Hours & Compensation
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
$55,000 - $75,000 salary performance bonuses

Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong organization and problem-solving skills
Leadership experience (crew lead, foreman, etc.)
Attention to detail and accountability
Hands-on roofing or exterior remodeling experience with the ability to troubleshoot and identify solutions
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
2-3 years in construction, remodeling, or roofing preferred
OSHA or industry certifications a plus
