MARKETING LEAD, CONSTRUCTION

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Lead to join our team and provide operational and administrative support for Kingdom Roofing Systems. This position plays a critical role in lead generation, the coordination of marketing campaigns, and activities to expand Kingdom Roofing Systems market share.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in B2C marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.

Description Of Duties

Brand Management

• Oversee and protect the integrity of the company's brand, ensuring consistency in messaging, visuals, and positioning across all marketing materials and platforms.
• Develop and execute comprehensive branding strategies that resonate with target audiences and differentiate the company in the marketplace.
• Monitoring and analyzing metrics to track the success of marketing campaigns
• Maintaining an inventory and directory of marketing materials while coordinating new material creation as needed
  
  

Budget Management

• Develop, manage, and track the marketing budget, ensuring all initiatives are cost-effective and generate a strong return on investment (ROI).
• Make recommendations on how to allocate resources across campaigns and strategies, optimizing for the best financial performance while meeting marketing objectives.
  
  

Reputation Management

• Oversee the company's online presence and manage its reputation across social media, review platforms, and other digital channels.
• Respond to customer feedback in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive customer relationships.
• Implement strategies to enhance and maintain a strong, positive reputation in the community and industry.
  
  

Vendor And Local Influencer Management

• Managing and coordinating tasks outsourced to external vendors, such as printing companies
• Build and maintain partnerships with key influencers and community figures who align with the company's values and can help expand brand awareness.
• Planning and managing marketing efforts for trade shows, conferences, events and meetings
  
  

Support Content Creation

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to create engaging content that aligns with the brand's voice and objectives, including social media pages, blog posts, videos, and other promotional materials.
• Assist in the development of creative marketing campaigns to generate leads, engage audiences, and build customer loyalty.
• Utilize our first-party data to develop hyper-targeted campaigns across channels that speak to the unique aspects of the customer journey with Kingdom Roofing Systems.
  
  

Qualifications

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must satisfactorily perform each essential duty. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 3 years of experience in B2C marketing, preferably in the construction sector.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM software.
• Photography, videography, drone experience & editing all a plus
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  
  

Skills And Special Requirements

• Must have excellent attention to detail, be organized, and be able to maintain deadlines and schedules for multiple projects and activities
• Self-starter, a fast learner, who can work with little supervision
• Requires a general knowledge or interest in the technical products and services offered by Kingdom Roofing Systems, and the ability to gather information from multiple sources to prepare marketing materials.
• The ability to use MS Office and other common computer applications is required (utilizing MAC or PC)
• Ability to handle a variety of tasks, and to be flexible in work assignments
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

$50,000 - $60,000 based on experience and proven track record and quarterly performance-based bonus available

• Monday to Friday primarily
