About The Job
Kingdom Roofing Systems is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our commercial sales division. You'll work closely with our Sales team to identify opportunities, prepare competitive bids, and support project success.
What You'll Do
- Identify and pursue new commercial bid opportunities.
- Perform detailed take-offs from prints and site visits.
- Prepare budgets, proposals, and bid packages.
- Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing.
- Finalize awarded projects with purchase orders, work orders, and accounting budgets.

Required
- 3-5 years of construction estimation & project management experience.
- Proficiency in The Edge, Xactimate, or similar estimating software.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
- Certifications (preferred, not required).
- Experience with Acculynx or other CRM software.
- Customer service experience.
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Flexibility: Seasonal schedules may adjust around weather and project demands (minimum 40 hours/week).
- Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 (based on experience)
- Commission: Up to 5% on closed sales
