We're growing our team and are looking for an AT&T Team Member to help connect locals with reliable AT&T Fiber internet services. In this role, you'll be the face of our team—introducing customers to available services, answering questions, assisting with enrollment, and building lasting relationships through exceptional customer care.

What You'll Be Doing
- Represent AT&T throughout the community with professionalism and integrity.
- Meet with prospective customers to discuss AT&T Fiber internet solutions.
- Explain available products, promotions, and service options in a simple, customer-friendly way.
- Assist customers through every step of the enrollment process.
- Generate new customer opportunities while supporting customer acquisition initiatives.
- Build trust through consistent follow-up and long-term account management.
- Resolve questions and provide outstanding customer service after enrollment.
- Maintain accurate customer information and enrollment records.
- Collaborate with teammates to exceed daily and weekly sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
