Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update data across spreadsheets, databases, and internal platforms
- Perform regular data maintenance and validation to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Research and acquire relevant datasets from internal and external sources
- Organize, structure, and manage datasets for use in client-facing products and reports
- Assist in the development of charts, data summaries, and written reports
- Support demographic analysis and State funding application processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally to meet project deadlines and requirements
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Proven attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (required)
- Strong general computer and internet navigation skills, including:
- Accurate typing and numeric keypad entry
- File organization using logical folder structures and paths
- Locating and downloading data from online sources
- Ability to learn and utilize project management tools to track progress
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong writing and documentation skills
- Experience or familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques (e.g., Excel charts, Google Data Studio, etc.)
- Prior experience in an analytical or administrative support role
Work Environment & Schedule
This position will begin as a full-time, in-person role (Monday–Friday), with the potential to transition into a hybrid schedule based on performance and business needs.
