Overview:

A private equity fund specializing in the power sector is hiring a Senior Associate or Associate to support its investment strategy across renewables, thermal generation, and energy transition assets.

Responsibilities:

• Support deal origination, due diligence, and execution processes.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses.
• Draft investment memos and present to the investment committee.
• Assist in portfolio company management and performance tracking.
• Mentor Associates and Analysts.

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in investment banking or private equity within power and energy.
• Strong technical skills in financial modeling, deal structuring, and valuation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field; MBA a plus.
