A private equity backed energy company is hiring for an experienced Executive Assistant to join to support four senior leaders and keep a busy Dallas office running smoothly. This is a high-visibility role combining classic EA support with office ops, vendor coordination, events, and special projects.
What you’ll do
- Own complex calendars, meeting logistics, and briefings
- Coordinate travel (multi-city/last-minute) and manage expenses
- Prepare decks, reports, and polished correspondence
- Run day-to-day office operations and vendor relationships
- Plan team events and assist on ad-hoc projects across functions
- Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion
What you’ll bring
- 2 years in executive support and/or office management
- Superb organisation, written/verbal communication, and follow-through
- Calm under pressure; proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented
- Proficient with Microsoft 365/Google Workspace
- Experience in fast-paced professional environments (e.g., private equity, investment banking, public accounting, or law) is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
