Position Overview
King Services Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Construction Cleaner to handle post-remodel and post-construction cleanups in residential and light commercial properties. This role is critical in transforming newly completed construction sites into spotless, move-in-ready spaces—especially in high-end homes throughout the Vero Beach area.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform rough, final, and touch-up cleans after construction or remodeling projects
- Remove construction dust, debris, and materials from all surfaces
- Clean and polish:
- Windows, glass, and mirrors
- Cabinets, countertops, and fixtures
- Baseboards, trim, and doors
- Vacuum, mop, and detail floors (tile, hardwood, vinyl)
- Safely dispose of trash and leftover materials
- Identify and report any damage or issues to management
- Follow checklists and ensure high-end quality standards are met
- Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Qualifications
- Previous construction or post-construction cleaning experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail (this is not basic house cleaning)
- Ability to work in dusty, physically demanding environments
- Must be able to lift 25–50 lbs
- Reliable transportation required
- Punctual, dependable, and professional attitude
- Ability to work independently or with a small team
Preferred Skills
- Experience with construction tools and materials (dust types, adhesives, etc.)
- Knowledge of proper cleaning chemicals and techniques
- Window cleaning and high-detail finishing experience
- Experience working in high-end homes (quality is a plus).
