Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, offices, hotels, or commercial spaces including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface wiping
- Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas regularly
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing when required
- Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, and carpet cleaning to keep surfaces looking their best
- Restock supplies like toiletries, cleaning products, and linens to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist with basic cooking tasks or meal prep if needed in hospitality settings
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously during visits
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning services such as custodial work, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, sanitation practices, carpet cleaning, and laundry handling
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform tasks efficiently and thoroughly
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment properly
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings or weekends if necessary
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience is advantageous; experience in housekeeper management or hotel operations is a plus
