Our client, an "A" rated P&C Personal Lines Insurance Company, is continuing to expand it's presence in Pennsylvania and seeking to hire an experienced P&C Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to support their growing initiative within a unique, customer-facing opportunity in the Greater Harrisburg area. This role is ideal for self-motivated sales professionals with strong customer service instincts and a background in personal lines insurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with walk-in customers in a retail setting to provide insurance solutions
- Quote, write, and close new business for personal lines P&C policies
- Educate customers on coverage options and build long-term relationships
- Collaborate with team members across related service lines (e.g., travel, membership)
- Participate in ongoing on-the-job training to learn systems, products, and processes
Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in P&C Insurance and Sales
- Strong understanding of personal lines insurance
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)
- High integrity, professional demeanor, and self-motivated mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- $60,000 to $100,000 annually, including a base salary and an uncapped commission structure based on performance
