Overview:
King's Dream Business Consulting is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our executive team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive team and contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional communication and relationships on behalf of the executives.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and presentations, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
- Assist with travel arrangements, expense reporting, and other administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of the executive team.
- Coordinate special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executives, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met in a timely manner.
- Provide general administrative support to the executive team, including managing emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, supporting high-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Positive attitude, proactive approach, and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
