Requirements
- Greet and assist visitors and clients; maintain a welcoming reception area
- Answer, screen, and transfer phone calls professionally
- Schedule meetings and support office calendars as needed
- Process, scan, and organize documents; assist with maintaining client files
- Respond to and resolve routine administrative questions
- Order and stock office supplies
- Support office policies and administrative processes to meet business objectives
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of products.
- High School Diploma
- 2 Years’ experience in an administrative or customer service role.
- Previous insurance industry experience preferred.
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state and local standards.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 10lbs.
- Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on the telephone.
