Implementation Specialist – Agency Management Systems and Data Integrations

The ideal candidate will be service focused, team-oriented, self-motivated, resourceful, detail-oriented and enjoy working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. This position will work remotely and will report to the VP of Integrations.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities (KSA)

• Proficiency in administrative tasks and computing skills, including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), is expected.
• Familiarity with project management software or collaboration platforms, such as SharePoint, MS Teams, Monday, etc., is a plus.
  
  

Required

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry or software is mandatory.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience using AMS360 agency management software.
• Experience in implementing PL Rater, Insurlink, and Work Smart is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Salary Description $80,000- $90,000
