What are the responsibilities and job description for the Leasing Consultant position at King Properties, Inc.?
Full-time or Part-time Leasing Consultant needed for a fast-paced apartment community in Richmond. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales specialist with a solid sales track record and strong customer service skills. The ideal candidate will also have an outgoing personality with computer skills and the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and surpass goals while keeping a positive attitude. Some apartment leasing experience is preferred. This is also a great opportunity for someone with retail management experience.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Lease apartments and build resident retention.
- Provide assistance with the application and approval processes.
- Prepare and execute lease paperwork.
- Provide exceptional customer service to current residents and future residents.
- Assist with online and traditional marketing.
- Address resident’s concerns timely and provide solutions.
