Jergel's Rhythm Grille is Northern Pittsburgh's premier live music venue
We provide live music throughout the week including local and national touring acts, are host to numerous charity events, banquets and much more. Along with our tasty beverages from our three bars, including our King Cool Cigar Bar, we offer a full dinner menu throughout our 17,000 square feet of entertainment space.

Duties
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Provide attentive guest service, addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Handle cash and credit card transactions efficiently and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining and bar areas
- Assist with food handling, preparation, and presentation as needed
- Buss tables promptly and assist with guest seating arrangements when required
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods
Skills
- Proven experience with POS systems.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in high-volume settings
- Ability to upsell menu items effectively to maximize sales opportunities
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and food handling procedures
- Previous experience in fine dining, nightclub, or hospitality environments is highly desirable
- Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy
- Effective communication skills for guest interactions and teamwork
- Experience with food preparation, serving, bussing, or host/host duties is advantageous
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends as needed
