What are the responsibilities and job description for the Order Taker and Filler position at RU Venue 3133?
We’re looking for a reliable and friendly team member to join our crew as an Order Taker & Filler. In this role, you’ll greet customers, take their orders, and prepare or assemble the food and drinks. You’ll play an important part in making sure every customer gets fast, accurate, and friendly service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take food and drink orders clearly and accurately
- Enter orders into the POS system or written order slips
- Prepare and assemble food and beverages according to order details
- Double-check orders before handing them to the customer
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and stocked
- Follow all food safety and cleanliness standards
- Communicate with team members to keep service moving smoothly
- Handle customer questions or concerns in a polite and helpful way
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
· Support opening, closing, or shift change procedures as assigned
Requirements:
- Friendly, positive attitude and good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Team player willing to help wherever needed
- Prior food service experience is helpful but not required
