Job description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Overhead Door Manager to lead our commercial and residential overhead door operations. This role includes overseeing daily operations, managing a team of technicians, ensuring high-quality installations and repairs, bidding jobs as well as reading addendums,and driving customer satisfaction.
ABILITIES
Able to work off ladders, or scissor lift, not afraid of heights.
Able to safely operate company truck with attached trailer.
Physically able to load and unload materials needed at the jobsite.
Able to communicate with management concerning any issues
Be responsible for work truck and tools.
REQUIREMENTS
2-3 years previous experience in commercial overhead doors
Valid insurable driver’s license
Experience pulling a trailer
Able to handle physical aspects associated with work load
Strong work ethic
Ability to complete tasks on time
Ability to troubleshoot during service work
Basic electrical knowledge helpful
Ability to pass a drug test

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full time position. Normal hours are 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Some weeks may require overtime.
Travel
Travel is expected with this position with the possibility of some overnight stays.
Required Education
1. High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Experience
1. Two years of related experience.
2. Two years of mechanical and /or construction knowledge.
