CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
We're looking for a dependable, organized individual to join our team in a full-time, hands-on office role supporting our overhead door, flooring, and window covering operations.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, keeping things organized, and handling a variety of responsibilities throughout the day.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with questions and service needs
- Help organize overhead door jobs, paperwork, scheduling, and follow-up
- Coordinate overhead door service appointments and installations
- Assist walk-in and phone customers with flooring, blinds, shades, and window coverings
- Help customers select products and prepare quotes and estimates
- Place product orders and track orders through delivery
- Schedule flooring and window covering installations
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and team members to keep things moving
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities
- Comfortable using computers, email, and Microsoft Office
- Dependable, professional, and willing to learn
- Previous customer service, office, sales, or construction-related experience is a plus
