Position Summary
We are seeking an Office Manager to work at the front desk and support the day-to-day operations of a small practice while delivering an exceptional client experience. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth front desk operations, answering calls, opening mail, coordinating scheduling, and supporting light bookkeeping. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has a dynamic, engaging personality, and comfortable balancing client-facing responsibilities with behind-the-scenes support.
Key Responsibilities
*Serve as the first point of contact by answering phones, greeting guests, and managing scheduling
*Provide a high-quality, professional client experience at all times
*Address client questions and concerns promptly and appropriately
*Maintain accurate and compliant records
*Support opening and closing office procedures
*Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and overall efficiency
*Open and organize the mail
*Sort, scan, and match invoices and statements. Support other light bookkeeping as needed
Qualifications
*1 years of office manager experience including working at a front desk
*Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
*Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
*Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
*High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency
*Reliable and timely
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
