We're hiring a tech savvy professional to design, develop, and maintain our client company's Human Resources Information Systems. This role will support HR operations by ensuring system integrity, optimizing workflows, and integrating data across platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a deep understanding of HR processes, and exposure to UKG Ready or similar systems. This role will be the primary technical development resource for our HR application. The role will work closely with the HR operations team and serve as a liaison to the rest of the IT team.
Responsible for creating custom reports, dashboards, file feeds/integrations, configuration, working with vendors, troubleshooting, handling updates, and resolving issues.
Salary : $45 - $50
