What are the responsibilities and job description for the Appointment Coordinator / Retail position at Kinetico Quality Water Systems?
Kinetico Quality Water Systems tests and treats municipal and well water for residential and commercial customers and has been in business since 2003. We are looking for someone with a friendly and outgoing personality to answer the phone and schedule service appointments for service technicians in the field. This job also requires in-store customer service and water testing. Training is available. Applicants should be comfortable with internet and computer. Base pay with commission opportunities.
We are open Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturdays during summer months 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Applicants must be able to work Monday through Friday, and most Saturdays (summer only), 40 hours/week. Benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, vacation pay and IRA retirement plan.
