We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Biopharma Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations within a regulated biopharmaceutical environment. This role is responsible for receiving, storing, handling, and distributing pharmaceutical materials and products while maintaining compliance with GMP, FDA, OSHA, and company quality standards.
The ideal candidate has warehouse experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries and understands the importance of accuracy, documentation, and inventory control in a regulated setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming raw materials, components, and finished goods.
- Perform inventory transactions using warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP systems such as SAP.
- Pick, pack, stage, and distribute materials to manufacturing and laboratory departments.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and complete all required GMP documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners safely and efficiently.
- Monitor storage conditions, including temperature-controlled and cold-chain environments.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation activities.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and organization in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Support shipping and receiving activities, including preparation of outbound shipments.
- Follow SOPs, cGMP guidelines, and company procedures at all times.
- Assist during audits and inspections by providing documentation and inventory support.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams.
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1–3 years of warehouse experience, preferably in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or regulated industries.
- Basic understanding of GMP/cGMP regulations and inventory control practices.
- Experience using ERP or inventory management systems.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skill
