We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Scheduling and Compliance Admin to schedule and coordinate compliance schedules with local agencies, clients, gas stations, and technicians. This role involves handling high-risk permits, communicating with all parties to coordinate and revise schedules as needed, and ensuring all paperwork is updated and transmitted to all relevant parties.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of administrative, project coordination, document control, or office support experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to review documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Experience handling high-volume data entry, document management, and filing systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong written communication skills for preparing correspondence and agency submissions.
Preferred:
- Experience working with databases, ERP systems, CRM systems, or project management software preferred.
- Experience in environmental, construction, engineering, compliance, or field service industries is a plus.
