About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruiting team throughout the hiring process. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team throughout the recruitment process.
- Schedule candidate interviews and coordinate calendars with hiring managers and executive leadership.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and perform data entry within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM.
- Post job openings across multiple job boards and recruitment platforms.
- Communicate professionally with candidates regarding interview scheduling, application status, and hiring process updates.
- Coordinate hiring logistics with hiring managers and executives.
- Track recruiting activity, maintain recruiting metrics, and generate reports as needed.
- Assist with onboarding coordination and pre-employment processes.
- Ensure all candidate and employee information is handled with the highest level of confidentiality.
- Identify scheduling conflicts or process challenges and resolve them proactively.
- Learn and develop recruiting techniques, including sourcing and engaging candidates for specialized and difficult-to-fill positions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or recruiting support role preferred.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRM platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong data entry accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Comfortable interacting professionally with C-level executives and senior leadership.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated with a desire to grow within Talent Acquisition and learn full-cycle recruiting for complex positions.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
