Required qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Experience with high-volume recruiting for production, manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, logistics, or skilled-trade positions
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), customer relationship management (CRM) tools, job boards, Microsoft Office, and recruiting technology
Nice-to-have qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, or high-volume hiring
- Experience in a staffing agency environment and recruiting hourly production employees
- Strong phone, interviewing, communication, and follow-up skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with candidates from diverse backgrounds
- Experience managing multiple open positions simultaneously
- Experience conducting reference checks, background-screening coordination, and onboarding follow-up
- Experience assisting with recruiting events, job fairs, and other high-volume recruiting initiatives
- Experience sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, recruiting databases, and community outreach
- Experience pre-screening candidates for skills, work history, availability, pay expectations, transportation, and schedule requirement
- Experience scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate starts with clients and hiring managers
- Experience maintaining accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in an ATS
