We currently have an immediate opening for a Project Coordinator with a busy manufacturer of commercial furniture. Position OverviewThe Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting project managers and teams to ensure smooth execution of construction and development projects. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist project managers in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities.Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues.Monitor budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.Support compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies.Organize project meetings and ensure follow-up on action items.Maintain accurate records and project files for easy access and reporting.Qualifications2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in construction or development.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
