The selected individual will lead pricing activities for large-scale government proposals, develop certified cost and pricing data packages, support contract administration activities, and partner with business development, engineering, finance, and executive leadership throughout the proposal lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead pricing efforts for development and production proposals, including proposals exceeding $10M in value
- Develop and maintain cost models, pricing strategies, basis of estimates, and certified cost or pricing data packages in compliance with TINA requirements
- Perform cost analysis, trend analysis, profitability modeling, and price-to-win assessments
- Build and maintain proposal pricing models using PROPRICER and related tools
- Support FAR, DFARS, DCAA, DCMA, and Cost Accounting Standards compliance requirements
- Negotiate and administer government contracts, including CPFF and FFP contract types
- Manage contract modifications, limitation of funds notifications, and post-award contract administration activities
- Evaluate subcontractor pricing and support subcontract negotiations and compliance requirements
- Collaborate closely with engineering, program management, business development, and executive leadership to improve proposal competitiveness and mitigate risk
- Experience leading proposal pricing efforts for government contracts
- Strong understanding of TINA (Truthful Cost or Pricing Data) requirements and certified cost/pricing data submissions
- Experience supporting or leading large government proposals, preferably $10M
- Knowledge of FAR Part 15, DFARS, DCAA, DCMA, and government contracting environments
- Experience with PROPRICER, Deltek Costpoint, or similar government pricing systems
- Understanding of CPFF, FFP, IDIQ, and related government contract structures
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance
