We are seeking a reliable Administrative & Accounting Coordinator to support daily office operations in the manufacturing industry. This role combines administrative support, bookkeeping tasks, and basic HR functions.
Responsibilities
- Process purchase orders and maintain office/janitorial supply inventory
- Handle payroll processing and timesheet review
- Perform general clerical duties and maintain filing systems
- Assist with AS9100 documentation and audits
- Support bookkeeping: invoicing, A/R follow-up, deposits, credit card charges, reporting, and account reconciliation
- Assist with HR tasks including employee records, onboarding/offboarding paperwork, and training coordination
- Provide backup support to administrative and accounting leadership
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- QuickBooks experience required
- Intermediate bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
