Learning & Development Manager – (Hybrid)

KPG has partnered with an amazing company for an exciting direct-hire opportunity!

This is a hands-on, results-driven Learning & Development role. The company has a clear vision in place; they need someone who can execute, scale, and operationalize programs that directly improve employee performance and development.

You’ll work closely with leadership and principals, building career paths, managing performance programs, and creating training initiatives that have real impact across the organization. This isn’t a generalist HR role—you’ll own L&D execution from day one.

What You’ll Own

• Lead and implement learning and development initiatives across the organization
• Administer the performance management program using HRIS tools
• Build scalable training programs aligned with business goals
• Develop career pathing frameworks, mentorship programs, and leadership tracks
• Track and analyze metrics to improve workforce performance
• Support professional certification and licensure programs
• Coordinate onboarding, internships, and university partnerships
• Partner with technical leaders to deliver structured training programs
• Manage learning technologies and internal training communications

Who You Are

• 6 years in hands-on Learning & Development or Talent Development
• Experienced building programs, frameworks, and career paths—not just talking about them
• Comfortable influencing leadership and collaborating across teams
• Data-driven, familiar with HRIS, LMS, or analytics tools (ADP, Power BI, etc.)
• Background in architecture, engineering, professional services, or consulting preferred
• Experienced in smaller to mid-sized organizations (≤500 employees)
