Sr. Architectural Project Manager
Kinetic Design Inc. is seeking an experienced Sr. Architectural Project Manager to lead and coordinate Retail, Restaurant, and Commercial projects from concept through construction. The ideal candidate will have strong project management, client coordination, and technical production experience, with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
• Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of architectural projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to develop project strategies and maintain clear communication throughout all phases.
• Utilize project management tools to monitor progress, manage resources, and adjust schedules as needed to meet project milestones.
• Coordinate design development using Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.
• Review construction documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable building codes and standards.
• Lead and coordinate internal architecture, MEP, and structural teams, consultants, and clients throughout all phases of a project.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, organization, and schedule commitments.
Requirements
• Minimum 7 years of experience in an architectural office.
• Minimum 3 years of architectural project management experience, with 5 years preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and project management platforms.
• Experience managing Retail, Restaurant, and Commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, renovation projects, and construction management practices.
• Excellent drafting and technical document production skills.
• Strong knowledge of IBC, ADA, and applicable building codes.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal staff.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks against deadlines.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
