Key Responsibilities
Strategic Initiative Management
- Lead end-to-end execution of complex, high-visibility projects that align with business goals and corporate strategy.
- Work closely with executive sponsors to define initiative scope, objectives, ROI targets, and success metrics.
- Deconstruct strategy into actionable workstreams, creating structured work plans and timelines that account for dependencies and resource constraints.
- Partner with functional and departmental leaders to align project plans with business unit priorities.
- Influence and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring accountability and timely execution of tasks.
- Facilitate steering committees, executive presentations, and working sessions to provide transparency and solicit feedback.
- Apply formal project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile, or hybrid) to track progress, manage risks, and control scope, schedule, and costs.
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation: charters, timelines, Gantt charts, stakeholder maps, and communication plans.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure alignment between project outputs and intended business outcomes.
- Develop and execute change management strategies to drive adoption and minimize resistance.
- Create internal communication plans to inform stakeholders at all levels about project status, outcomes, and next steps.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and change agent across business units to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and organizational barriers that may impact project success.
- Collaborate with internal process owners to redesign workflows and optimize business operations in alignment with project objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional projects in a matrixed corporate environment.
