The Mission (Key Responsibilities)
In addition to maintaining a high-quality service route, the Lead Technician will play a crucial role in mentoring new team members and ensuring operational excellence.
Team Leadership: Act as a mentor and on-site expert for newer Pest Control Technicians, assisting with advanced problem-solving and ensuring quality standards are met across the team.
Expert Service: Perform pest control applications for a route of 16–20 customers daily, while maintaining an exceptional, friendly, and customer-obsessed level of service.
Operational Support: Report to the office between 6:45 AM and 7:30 AM for morning huddles, to stock product, and to sync with the team.
Team First Culture: Be willing to help fellow techs catch up if they fall behind—we win together.
Physical Activity: Must be able to lift up to 40lbs regularly.
Training Excellence: Utilize your expertise to help train new hires and pass on best practices.
Schedule
Monday – Friday.
Enjoy a long weekend every two weeks by working only every other Saturday.
Requirements
To join our launch team, you must possess:
A Valid Driver’s License.
Proven experience as a Pest Control Technician or similar role.
The ability to pass a drug test and random screenings if required.
Reliability, a strong detail-orientation, and a readiness to grow.
The ability to commute to our branch office at 49132 Wixom Tech Dr, Wixom, MI 48393.
