What You’ll Do
Support an adult with developmental disabilities in the community.
Provide life skills support, including assisting with going to job interviews.
Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals.
Assist with routines and activities based on the individual’s needs.
Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions.
Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team.
Qualifications
Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one.
Driving required.
Able to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training.
Schedule: About 10 hours/week- weekday afternoon/evening after 2:00. One weekend at any time. Times are flexible.
Pay: $17-$21/hour
Location: Woodbury, NJ
