What You’ll Do
Support a low-functioning, wheelchair bound adult adult with developmental disabilities at home and in the community.
Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals.
Assist with routines and activities based on the individual’s needs.
Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions.
Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team.
Qualifications
Able to consistently commit to the exact posted schedule.
Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one.
Experience preferred
Driving required
Able to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training.
Schedule: Friday 9 am-9 pm, Saturday 9 am-9 pm, Monday 9 am-9 pm every other 3:30 pm-9 pm
Pay: $17-$21/hour
Location: Hammonton, NJ
Driving on shift: Required
