Kindly Direct Care is hiring a part-time Direct Support Professional for a one-to-one opportunity in West Wildwood, NJ.

What You’ll Do
Support an adult with developmental disabilities at home and/or in the community.
Provide community companionship to a 22-year-old individual with a moderate intellectual disability.
Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals.
Assist with routines and activities based on the individual’s needs.
Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions.
Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team.
Qualifications
Able to consistently commit to the posted schedule.
Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one.
Experience welcome but not required
Driving individual in the community required
Able to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training.
Schedule: 2 days a week 3 hrs a day
Pay: $17-$21/hour
Location: Wildwood, NJ
Driving on shift: Required
