Kindly Direct Care is hiring a part-time Direct Support Professional for a one-to-one opportunity in [CITY, NJ].

What You’ll Do
Support a young adult with developmental disabilities at home and in the community.
Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals.
Assist with routines and activities based on the individual’s needs.
Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions.
Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team.
About the Individual
She is 21 years old, nonverbal, and has some mild behaviors
Qualifications
Able to consistently commit to the exact posted schedule.
Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one.
Experience with non-verbal individuals preferred but not required
Ability to drive individual in your personal vehicle is required
Able to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training.
Schedule: 3-4 days/week from 3-6 pm
Pay: $17-$21/hour
Location: Little Silver, NJ
