We offer various supports, including community-based supports, such as taking individuals out in the community for entertainment, errands, appointments, employment, and more. Additionally, we offer home-based supports, assisting individuals with daily living activities and related tasks.

What you’ll do:
- Assist individuals with special needs in gaining skills to live independently and confidently.
- Help them connect with their community and build meaningful relationships.
- Create positive, uplifting moments every day.
- Ensure safety and help individuals develop their potential by following personalized care plans
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable Transportation
- Experience in caregiving is a plus but not required — we provide all the training you need to succeed.
Job Details:
- Pay: $18.50-$23/hour
- Varying schedules including days, nights, and weekends
- Locations across NJ
