Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and document changes in health status accurately.
- Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
- Assist with the coordination of care and discharge planning.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Participate in staff meetings and continuous education programs.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment for patients and staff.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maryland.
- Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate's degree considered.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to patient-centered care.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
