Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to Client with G-tube, Trach and Vent at home.
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses effectively.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health management and treatment options.
- Perform assessments and document patient progress accurately.
- Maintain a safe and hygienic environment for patients and staff.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care as needed.
- Participate in continuous education and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of Maryland.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Compassionate demeanor with a patient-centered approach.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
