About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor patient responses.
- Able to operate an Hoyer lift.
- Assist with mobility and physical activities to promote patient independence.
- Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with healthcare team.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
- Support emotional and psychological well-being through compassionate interaction.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Current CNA and CMT certification in the state of Maryland.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification is a plus.
- Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to patient care.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Background check and drug screening required.
