QUALIFICATIONS:
- Teacher involved with the building-wide Positive Behavior Support (PBIS) Program
REPORTS TO:
Principal
JOB GOAL:
To facilitate the building-wide PBIS program for the school.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Attend trainings and networking meetings through the DCIU
- Create and distribute PBIS posters and initial PBIS lessons
- Analyze and monitor SWIS data and review with staff at monthly meeting
- Generate and monitor action plan
- Gather evidence and materials needed for TFI to maintain fidelity of implementation
- Organize and coordinate reward assemblies, including booking, payment and dates
- Coordinate raffle bags and deliver to students at the end of each trimester
- Send emails to staff about times/details of assembly and a follow-up email with comments/suggestions
- Organize and plan monthly meetings, including the agenda and updates (SWIS data, fundraising, rewards/incentives, assemblies, etc.)
- Coordinate PBIS sub-committees
- Organize fundraising for PBIS
TIME PERIOD:
- Monthly meetings and planning after school
