Duties
- Develop and implement dynamic curriculum plans tailored to students’ developmental levels and learning styles
- Create a nurturing classroom environment that promotes curiosity, respect, and active participation
- Manage classroom behavior through effective behavior management strategies, ensuring a safe and respectful space for all students
- Assess student progress regularly using standardized testing methods and provide constructive feedback to support growth
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists to support children’s educational and emotional needs
- Incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and other core subjects into daily lessons
- Support early intervention efforts and adapt teaching methods for children with special education needs or developmental delays
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or related field; Montessori certification preferred
- Proven classroom management skills with experience in preschool or daycare settings
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies
- Experience working with children of various ages, including toddlers and preschoolers
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and team members
- Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and standardized testing procedures
- Ability to create inclusive learning environments that support child welfare and promote positive behavior
- Prior experience in private schools or daycare centers is advantageous but not mandatory
