Kinder Haus Montessori in Mandeville—voted the Best Preschool and Best Childcare for the last six years—is excited to announce that we are hiring for multiple roles and shifts within our school community. We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our award-winning team.
We currently have openings for Assistant and Aftercare Teachers. Ideal candidates will help create a nurturing, calm, and engaging environment for our students. Responsibilities may include assisting lead teachers with classroom activities, supervising children during playtime, supporting transitions, helping maintain a clean and organized classroom, and assisting with opening or end-of-day tasks.
These positions are part-time and perfect for those who are passionate about early childhood education and eager to learn. We provide hands-on training, professional development hours, and valuable knowledge about Montessori principles and practices.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with Montessori education is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the classroom
