Kind Senior Care is seeking an exceptional Regional Director to lead our Massachusetts operations through the next phase of growth.
Reporting directly to the Founder, you'll have responsibility for the operational, financial, and cultural success of our Massachusetts business. This is an opportunity to lead an award-winning organization with an outstanding reputation for client care, caregiver experience, and operational excellence.
We're looking for a proven leader with experience in home care, home health, hospice, senior living, skilled nursing, or another senior care setting who is passionate about building great teams, delivering exceptional care, and driving sustainable growth.

What You'll Do
- Lead the day-to-day operations of our Massachusetts business.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing office and clinical team.
- Drive operational excellence through scalable systems and continuous improvement.
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and key performance metrics.
- Build and strengthen relationships with referral partners and community organizations.
- Represent Kind Senior Care throughout Essex and Middlesex Counties.
- Partner with the Founder on strategic planning and continued growth.

What We're Looking For
- 10 years of experience in senior care or a related healthcare field.
- Five or more years of senior leadership experience with operational responsibility.
- Demonstrated success leading teams, improving operations, and driving business growth.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong relationships throughout the senior care community in Essex and Middlesex Counties.
- Excellent leadership, communication, networking, and presentation skills.

- Starting base salary of $150,000 , commensurate with experience
