Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Partner Engagement Manager to support the growth of our mortgage business. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, strengthening partner relationships, and ensuring all initiatives align with regulatory compliance standards. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of marketing expertise, mortgage industry knowledge, technical proficiency, and business development experience.

The starting base pay range for this position is $105k/annually. The actual base is dependent on many factors such as: work experience, business needs, market demands, and other compensation components. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive lead generation and brand awareness
- Create and manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, social media, print, and events)
- Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data and ROI
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, including real estate agents, builders, and financial professionals
- Develop co-marketing opportunities and joint campaigns with partners
- Serve as a key point of contact for partner communication and engagement initiatives
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities to expand market presence
- Support loan officers and sales teams with marketing tools, presentations, and partner outreach strategies
- Assist in identifying new markets and growth opportunities
- Track and report on partner-driven business and pipeline performance
- Ensure all marketing materials and communications comply with mortgage industry regulations (e.g., RESPA, TILA, fair lending laws)
- Work closely with compliance teams to review and approve marketing content
- Stay current on regulatory changes impacting marketing and partner engagement
- Utilize CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms to manage campaigns and partner activity
- Implement and optimize marketing technology solutions to improve efficiency and scalability
- Support integration of marketing tools with existing business systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–7 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the mortgage or financial services industry
- Proven experience in partner engagement, relationship management, or business development
- Strong understanding of mortgage products, processes, and industry regulations
- Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and digital marketing technologies
- Knowledge of compliance requirements related to mortgage marketing
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working directly with loan officers or mortgage sales teams
- Familiarity with LOS (Loan Origination Systems) and mortgage-specific marketing tools
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
